The universe, the planet and our bodies are all made of energy. Energy is eternal and cannot be destroyed, but it can be shifted. Our thoughts, emotions, mental and physical states all work to uphold our concept of ourselves and the universe. As we gain more awareness and an deeper understanding for ourselves as energy, as the undying spirits that we are, we can release the blocked or foreign energies from our body and energy field. All of the techniques I utilize are safe, gentle and effective at helping you release what you are ready to let go of.

By allowing the physical body to release negative thought forms and emotional patterns, the harmony in the emotional body can give rise to physical well-being as we allow our own natural healing processes to work.
